压差

压差表直接检测及显示两个压力之差。可以使用所有已知测量元件及超压压力表的测量原理。

标准

标准压差测量仪装有两组围绕中轴旋转且相互独立的管状弹簧系统,通过外部标度盘分别显示压力值。这类压力测量仪适用于液体或气体,但不适用于结晶和高粘性物质。若需同时显示所产生的压力差,则可以考虑选用该类型的压力测量仪。

耐腐蚀性

压差测量仪的测量系统和外壳选用优质材料(例如:不锈钢),从而具有更强的耐腐蚀性,以抵抗腐蚀性介质和环境侵蚀。与管状弹簧压差测量仪有所不同,通过对隔膜系统施加以不同压力,以显示因预压与增压而产生的压力差。

相对压力

利用与周围环境气压的关系测量相对压力。此时周围气压为 0 bar。如果压力大于瞬间气压,将得到一个正值。如果压力低于气压,则为一个负值。 相对压力测量仪仅配有一个压力接口,但始终借助周边空气测量压力。环境气压作为参考零点。

标准

标准压力计是一种安装有弹性测量元件、管状弹簧的压力测量仪,可承受高达 400 bar 的测量压力。如果需要测量更高的压力,则可根据应用选用螺旋弹簧或螺形弹簧。凭借其优质材料,标准压力计系统还附加安装重载压力测量仪。

耐腐蚀性

绝对压力测量仪仅有一个压力接口,测量通常都针对于绝对真空。特别是测量低压或进行真空测量时,由于无法排除周围气压波动对测量值带来的负面影响,此时便可以考虑选用该测量仪器。 结构设计和选材时,需保证测量仪器能够满足化工行业的严荷条件。该仪器适用于化学腐蚀性物质(气体或液体)和/或在腐蚀性环境中使用。
